Delivery
We deliver products anywhere in the world. We will ship your order promptly after receiving your order. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay.
We may decide to initially ship the items that are in stock but you will only be charged once for delivery and no payment is taken until the goods are actually dispatched.

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery *
Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over £250
£4.95 on all other orders
We aim for goods to be delivered within 2-5 working days and will require a signature*.
Please note that during busier periods, standard delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery: - £8.95
Goods ordered before 1pm will be delivered by 1pm the next working day and require a signature*.
Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within 2 working days.
Please contact Customer Service to confirm availability of goods at time of order.
Please note that during busier periods, there may be a delay in receiving your order.
DPD provide you with an hour delivery slot on the day of delivery and require a valid mobile phone number and/or email address.
They offer ‘in flight’ options if you will not be available for your delivery, e.g. you can change the delivery date or nominate your local pick up shop for delivery if this is more convenient for you.
*UK Packages can be left in a nominated safe place but are left at your own risk.
For deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc please allow an extra 2-3 working days. Deliveries to the Channel Islands may be made by Royal Mail.
Delivery estimates are subject to factors out of our control, but you should receive full tracking information from our courier to keep you updated of any local issues.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, please ensure a full and valid postal address is provided for your delivery address.
Europe

The cost of delivery within Europe will vary according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the checkout page so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order. Please note, this will not include any customs or import duties that may be payable in your destination country.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size, weight and value. Most parcels are delivered by UPS.
The express delivery option is not available for European deliveries
Rest of the World

The cost of overseas delivery varies according to the weight of your parcel. Shipping will be automatically calculated on the checkout page so you know how much it will cost before you complete your order. Please note, this will not include any customs or import duties that may be payable in your destination country

Payment & Taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Returns & Exchanges
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receipt (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
Return of faulty or incorrect products
If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge. Please return the item(s) following the steps below.
- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date (UK customers); 21 days (Europe excluding UK); 28 days (Rest of the World).
- Returns received outside of the timeframe will be considered for a credit note only and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Delivery and gift box charges are not eligible for refund.
- All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. Please note: Should you wish to return underwear please ensure this has been tried on over clothing and still has the hygiene strip in place. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn.
- Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
- The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
- If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone (provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.
As we start to process your order as soon as we receive it, we are unable to change your order in most cases. We do accept returns & exchanges as detailed in our returns policy if you find that your purchase is not quite right.
